Ordering a bike online is easy and we'll ensure that you'll always receive your bike fully assembled.
Local deliveries (within Greater London): by dedicated same day courier - 100% assembled and ready to ride.
UK nationwide: by 'over night' courier boxed and fully assembled (just attach front wheel and set saddle height).
Deliveries to Europe / Worldwide: choose from delivery to your local bike shop or direct and tokyobike will cover the cost of professional assembly.*

Select your bike and any accessories - if you need any advice on the model or frame size just contact the store team.
Once we receive your order one of our experienced mechanics will fully assemble your bike.
Once built we'll hand it over to a courier for delivery to your door - you'll receive tracking details to follow it every step of the way.
Unlike most brands you won't find any assembly manual or tool sets with your bike because you wont need them ;-)
Everything has been torqued and greased in our workshop so you'll just need to secure the front wheel and set the saddle to your height.
*If delivery is outside London the bike will be fully assembled but any additional components will need to be fitted by a local bike shop
