We offer servicing and repairs for tokyobike owners. For any mechanical issues or advice regarding your tokyobike please just visit the store and speak to a mechanic (no booking required).

tokyobike puncture repair £15.00
Includes tube and labour with no booking necessary.

tokyobike General Service £70.00 
labour only*  'same-day' with advance booking necessary

*Includes but not limited to:
Drivetrain cleaned, tuned and re-greased
Brakes checked and adjusted
Wheels checked / trued (miner adjustment) 
Fitting of replacement parts / accessories  
Thorough cleaning of bicycle
Touch up paint on request 
Courtesy bike on request 

Please aim to drop off your bike by midday to receive it back same day. You are welcome to drop off the day before or from 8.30 am by prior arrangement.
