Durable, soft and highly absorbent, this traditional Japanese dish cloth is blended with essential oil from Aomori Hiba for its excellent antibacterial properties.

Made from an open weave, the fabric was originally used to create mosquito nets but for the last 50 years, these scraps of fabric have been repurposed for use in Japanese kitchens.

The loose weave allows for quick drying, and softens with use.
