The bullmoose bar was originally found on early mountain bikes but has been steadily making a comeback. The integrated (stem and bar) design makes it super strong and the width gives added control. This model is a collaboration between Nitto and Rivendell made with tough CroMo steel and would work well on an old MTB project or a custom touring bike.

For this tokyobike customisation our mechanics have fitted the bar on our Classic Sports model with a set of chunky panaracer tyres and the Obento rack up front. It would swallow up city potholes or work well for trips out of town, across rougher terrain.
