Not everything can be done online, like having your bike serviced or testing out a potential new ride for size and feel.

The store is also full of good things fresh from Japan. Everything online can be found in shop (just ask if its not on display) and can be reserved ahead of visiting by choosing 'store collection' at checkout. A bit like Argos just more niche ;-)
