The Yutaka begins with the leaf.
Where many teas blend for consistency, Nitao Chiran Tea Garden selects for weight — choosing only young buds with a brightness and density that signals quality before a single leaf is steamed. It is an exacting standard, and it shows in the cup: a deep-steamed sencha with a richness and body that goes a step further than the Gin, the sweetness more pronounced, the umami more settled, the finish longer.
The name means abundance, and it earns it.

A premium deep-steamed sencha with exceptional body and depth. Richer and fuller than the Gin — concentrated umami, pronounced natural sweetness, and a fresh, clean finish with lingering warmth.
Production
Grown in Chiran, Kagoshima. Only the finest young buds — selected for their weight, brightness and density — are used. Deep-steamed using Nitao Chiran Tea Garden's own method to bring out maximum depth of flavour, colour and aroma.

Brewing Guide
For best results, use water cooled to around 70–80°C. Steep for approximately 60–90 seconds. Deep-steamed sencha brews quickly — a shorter steep time is recommended to preserve balance and prevent bitterness.
