Expect vibrant tropical fruit notes, red grapes, and plum-like juiciness, along with clean fermentation aromas. You'll also find flavors reminiscent of craft chocolate, adding depth to its sweetness.  

We have received a small lot of Pacamara coffee from Oscar at Finca La Limonera, which we also sourced last year. This batch was purchased during our visit to El Salvador in 2023.  

Last time, we offered a semi-washed coffee, but this time, we are excited to present a long-awaited natural process. Grown on steep slopes, Oscar’s exceptional Pacamara showcases its rich fruitiness, complemented by the sweetness and cleanliness of the natural process—resulting in outstanding quality.  

Importer’s Notes
Oscar’s farm is located in El Tunel, a mountainous area near La Palma, a town famous for its colorful murals. He is the nephew of Rene, a well-known coffee producer in the region. While managing his own farm on land adjacent to Rene’s, Oscar collaborates with him on post-harvest processing, using the same processing facility for selection and drying.  

As a young producer, Oscar’s coffee is not yet widely recognized in El Salvador, as he has rarely participated in competitions. However, his dedication to coffee production and the high quality of his beans led us to work with him-he is a producer with a promising future.
