Iron Deep Dishpan

One pan, many uses - and no handle when you don't need one.

The BM-409 Dish Pan Deep is a square iron pan designed with the same logic as the best camp cookware: versatile, compact, and considered. The removable handle is the key detail - fix it on for cooking, take it off for the table, and the pan becomes the serving dish. No decanting, no extra washing up.

The stainless steel lid does more than cover the pan. Place coals on top and it creates the upper heat needed for grilling - a feature that opens up a range of cooking that a standard lidded pan simply cannot do. The depth of the body (80mm) makes it equally capable for steaming and deep frying with the included chrome-plated rack. It also fits a standard home fish grill, making it as useful in the kitchen as it is outdoors.

Iron construction, 1.2mm base. Compatible with open flame, IH 100V/200V, and halogen hobs.
