Racco Renge Spoon

A spoon shaped after the Chinese renge — wide and shallow, designed for eating and for serving in equal measure. It is generously sized without being deep, so it goes into the mouth easily and carries plenty of food on its full surface. Good for breaking up fried rice, scooping noodles, or mashing potatoes in the bowl.

Part of the racco series, designed for kitchens where counter space is limited: the wide, flat handle rests steadily on any surface and doubles as a chopstick rest.
