Precision steel ruler from Japanese manufacturer Shinwa. Produced to Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) B7516 grade 1 which governs material specification and heat treatment as well as accuracy.

The satin chrome finish helps improve readability and rust resistance while the reverse side provides a mm-inch conversion and tap drill table.
