How To Prepare
● Usucha (Hot Matcha)
Matcha: 2g, Hot water: 70ml at 80°C (176°F).
1. Add matcha into the bowl. If lumps are a concern, sift the matcha first.
2. Pour in the hot water.
3. Whisk for 15–30 seconds and enjoy! Use a chasen (bamboo whisk) for the best foam and texture.
● Iced Matcha
Matcha: 2g, Hot water: 40ml.
1. Whisk matcha with hot water.
2. Pour over plenty of ice and wait a moment before drinking.
● Iced Latte
Matcha: 3g, Hot water: 40ml, Milk: 150ml.

2. Pour over milk and ice.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For the best flavour and aroma, use within 2 weeks of opening during summer and within 1 month during winter. The resealable pouch helps preserve freshness between uses.
