A versatile everyday plate — simple enough for Japanese food, practical enough for a Western meal. The gently raised rim keeps sauces and curries in place without getting in the way of a knife. Place a bowl upside-down on top and the plate becomes an instant lidded serving dish.

Made from recycled porcelain as part of a ceramics recycling system developed in Tajimi: spent fired pieces are crushed and blended back into new clay at 20% content.
