A larger everyday plate with a raised rim that holds liquid and sauces without spilling. Works equally well with Japanese and Western food. Place a bowl face-down on top and the plated meal can go straight to the refrigerator.

Made from recycled porcelain as part of a ceramics recycling system developed in Tajimi: spent fired pieces are crushed and blended back into new clay at 20% content.
