Child's Chopsticks

Founded in 1963 in Kumamoto Prefecture, Yamachiku has acquired nationwide recognition for its meticulously crafted chopsticks. At each phase of production, from forestry to packaging, Yamachiku relies on the work to skilled artisans who transform locally sourced Moso bamboo into vibrant tableware. Beyond its traditional use in chopstick making, Moso bamboo serves as a sustainable and renewable resource, owing to its rapid growth and plentiful supply in the Kumamoto region.
