An Evening with Tim Anderson

Join us at tokyobike Shoreditch for an evening with chef and writer Tim Anderson on Thursday 23rd July, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

Tim will share a ramen noodle-making demonstration, with a sample of ramen to try along the way, followed by a Q&A exploring Japanese food culture, regional cooking, and his latest work.

The evening draws on recipes from Tim's books Ramen Forever and Hokkaido, and offers a preview of his forthcoming book on the Ryukyu Islands. Alongside this, we'll be showcasing a selection of kitchen tools and everyday objects from the store.
