Merippa creates playful, comfortable house shoes that are "like slippers, but not slippers." Each pair is hand-finished, ultra light, reversible, and designed to radiate warmth in both appearance and feel.

Merippa is a Japanese brand creating reversible slipper-socks that combine the comfort of knitted socks with the practicality of house shoes. Developed by Nakahashi Meriyasu, the designs draw on Japan’s long-standing knitting heritage, with each pair lightweight, washable and hand-finished.

About the Boa

The boa is made from recycled polyester fibre produced from recovered PET bottles, treated with a process that produces a sheep-like volume and texture. Also available in a Junior size with the same design.

Care

Hand wash gently in mild detergent at approx. 30°C. Squeeze lightly, dry flat in shade. Do not tumble dry, iron, or expose to open flame. Avoid strong friction to prevent pilling. In wet conditions, keep away from other garments to prevent colour transfer.
