We combined two of our favourite things (bakeries and bicycles) as we set off on an East London croissant quest, led by the recognised authority on the subject, Felicity Cloake.

A soggy Saturday morning failed to dampen the resolve of the riders who were take on a deep dive into the pastry world to the discover the alchemy that occurs when combining flour, water, yeast and butter.
