tokyobike x HAY: Copenhagen

We headed to Copenhagen for 3 Days of Design 2026 for a special collaboration with HAY. A fleet of custom bordeaux tokyobikes, co-branded with HAY, was parked outside their exhibition at O–Overgaden for visitors to explore the festival on two wheels.

Yuki from the tokyobike team also took to the city’s streets, picking out some of her favourite spots along the way. The result is a little Copenhagen Ride Map, made for riding, wandering and discovering the city.

In Copenhagen, bikes are part of everyday life, and our Bisou felt right at home. Riding on the opposite side of the road was a little nerve-wracking at first, but with beautiful weather on our side, we soon settled into the rhythm of the city.

Along the way, we came across some lovely independent bookshops and cafés, as well as Danish kitchenware brands that caught our eye, so of course we had to stop and have a look.

One was Veark, a Copenhagen kitchenware company making sustainable, honest, high-quality tools for everyday use, designed to last a lifetime. Their shop was a temporary one for Design Week, but you can still shop online.

Thank you to the team at HAY for a wonderful collaboration.
