Urban Foraging Ride
An introduction to 'foraging for flavour', the ride will take a route that is rich with edible ingredients. You'll learn a bit about how to safely identify wild food, as well as how to harvest and preserve it. They'll also be a demonstration of how to prepare some tasty snacks with foraged samples.

Maintenance Class
Learn how to replace an inner tube and pick up some basic knowledge for life on two wheels in our regular maintenance class (first Saturday of every month).

Friday 12th September
Origin Coffee Ride
We created a pocket sized map with our Shoreditch neighbours Origin Coffee. A few of the team will be riding the route so get in touch if you'd like to join us. Otherwise pick up a copy of the map at tokyobike or Origin (available early August) and ride at your leisure.

Saturday 27th September
Indigo Dye Workshop by Kaori
In this workshop you will learn about manual resist dyeing including Itajime Shibori (Japanese clamp resist) and other simple techniques and get the chance to produce your own indigo dyed bandana.

Thursday 16th October
'Kajitsu-shu' fruit wine workshop by Aki
Make your own "Zakuro shu" (pomegranate liquor)! The workshop will guide you through the process and include a tasting session.
