Zen Musubi Onigiri Workshop
Thanks to everyone who joined us for the onigiri workshop. And a big thank you to Yuki from Zen Musubi for sharing his skills and guiding us through it!
Onigiri are rice balls made from seasoned rice, often filled with ingredients like pickled plum, salmon, or vegetables, and shaped into triangles or ovals. Historically, onigiri were a portable food for travelers and workers, offering convenience and nourishment and they remain a key part of Japanese food culture, widely eaten as a quick snack, in bento boxes, or on-the-go meals.
