Moritaka Yoshita
Born in 1965, Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Yoshita is a Japanese industrial designer known for his functional, timeless, and thoughtfully crafted objects. He trained at Kanazawa College of Art and worked closely with renowned designer Sori Yanagi before founding Yoshita Handi-Design Studio in Tokyo in 2011.
The design studio specialises in creating functional, tactile tools for daily life, emphasising hands-on design and traditional craftsmanship.
