Rechargeable Key-ring Lantern, Warm Light

A serious lantern in the smallest reasonable package.

The ML4 is built around a single question: how much capability can fit in 71g? The answer is more than you might expect. Up to 300 lumens of glare-free light through a 9-LED Micro Prism array; six modes including red light for night vision and a blink mode for signalling; IP66 water resistance; a 2-metre drop test; and a flat base that lets it stand freely on any surface. The carabiner hook clips to a tent loop, rucksack, or branch without fuss.

The dual power source is the most practical detail. The ML4 runs on its included rechargeable 14500 lithium-ion cell — 2.5 hours to a full charge via the magnetic cable — but also accepts a standard AA alkaline battery when recharging is not an option. No hunting for specialist cells in the field; any corner shop will do.

Available in white (3,700K–4,200K) for bright, neutral task lighting, or warm white (2,500K–3,000K) for a softer, more ambient output suited to evenings in the tent.
