An Evening of Ramen with Tim Anderson
Thank you to everyone who joined us at tokyobike Shoreditch for such a warm and memorable evening with Tim Anderson.
We spent the evening eating, talking and learning about Japan as Tim cooked, sharing stories and knowledge gathered over years of travelling, cooking and writing. The ramen demonstration was a highlight, and there was plenty of tasting along the way.
A big thank you to Tim for giving us his time and enthusiasm, and to everyone who came along and made the room feel so welcoming.
