Invented in Utah in 1984. Forty years of proven usefulness — securing ski gear, bundling cables, improvising repairs in the field — distilled into a stretch polyurethane strap and a nylon buckle.
The strap is semi-elastic, which is what makes it work: it creates tension rather than simply holding shape, so things stay put even under dynamic load. The nylon buckle is non-marring, non-reflective, and non-conductive — scratch-free on painted surfaces, low-profile in daylight, and the preferred choice of electrical contractors who know what they are doing. Two straps can be joined together when more reach is needed.
The uses are limited only by imagination.
